As the founding member of the Tiptop Twisters, Joel Tacey gaurantees that their colorful and creative balloon art will surprise and delight!
Since 1995, the Tiptop Twisters have been enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of event-going families. They've performed for the NFL's Superbowl Festivities, helped the Red Wings reward their fans, and Joel was even selected to be the official Balloon Artist of Royal Carribean's 91st sailing of The Allure of the Seas, the largest cruise ship in the World.
Twisting up balloon art has brought Joel much joy, and it even brought him his wife! During the Summer of 2001, while entertaining at Midland's "Tunes by the Tridge," Joel met a beautiful young lass. Peggy asked for a dolphin and got Joel's heart!
